Industry Partner Code of Conduct

The Rules of Engagement for MedTech, Pharma, and Vendors.

At ClinicianCore, we value the innovation you bring to healthcare. However, our primary mandate is to protect the time, attention, and privacy of our clinical members. To maintain your status as an authorized Industry Partner, you must adhere to the following Rules of Engagement.
ClinicianCore Platform

The 5 Rules of Engagement

Strict adherence is required to maintain platform access.

The "One-Way Mirror" Policy (Profile Visibility)

The Rule: Zero Visibility into Clinician Profiles.

How It Works

As a vendor, your profile is public to all clinicians. However, clinician profiles are invisible to you. You cannot search the member directory, view physician bios, or see who is online.

The Rationale

We strictly protect our physicians from "sales surveillance." Clinicians must feel free to browse content in "Stealth Mode" without fear of being tracked or targeted.

The "Inbound-Only" Communication Protocol

The Rule: Strictly Clinician-Initiated Contact.

No Cold Outreach

You are prohibited from sending unsolicited Direct Messages (DMs) or connection requests to clinicians.

The "Pull" Method

You may only engage with a clinician if and when they contact you first (e.g., they message you for a quote, comment on your post, or request a demo).

The Benefit

This ensures that every conversation you have is with a high-intent, qualified lead who actively wants to speak with you.

The "HCX Only" Boundary

The Rule: Stay within HealthCare Xchange (HCX).

Restricted Zones

The HCO (Clinical Operations) and D.O.C. (Physician Lounge) channels are sanctuaries for clinical care and peer support.

Zero Access

Any attempt by a vendor to gain access to these protected zones—or to solicit login credentials from clinicians—will result in immediate account termination.

Transparency & Verification

The Rule: No "Shadow Marketing."

Identity

All Industry Partner accounts must be verified and clearly badged with company affiliation.

Prohibition

"Astroturfing" (posing as a generic user or clinician to promote a product anonymously) is strictly prohibited. You must speak as your brand.

The "Safe Harbor" Promise (No PHI)

The Rule: Never Request or Discuss Patient Data.

The Context

HCX is a non-HIPAA environment designed for business, innovation, and educational discussions.

The Action

If a clinician begins to share patient-specific details during a chat, you are obligated to stop the conversation immediately and redirect them to their secure internal channels.

We know these rules are strict. But by respecting them, you gain access to an audience that is actually listening. Because they aren’t being hunted, ClinicianCore physicians remain open, curious, and willing to engage with innovation on their own terms.
